Wilborn "Bill" Plaster, 87, of Cottonwood and Flagstaff passed away May 14, 2012. He was born December 23, 1925, the son of Jesse E. and Tula Plaster. He served his country as a sergeant in the Army during World War II. Mr. Plaster served as a Coconino County Deputy Sheriff. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He won several first place awards with the Veteran\u0027s Creative Arts awards competition. Mr. Plaster leaves his wife of 22 years, Shirley Plaster; several stepchildren, six stepgrandchildren and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.
