Suzanne "Suzy" Barilleaux

December 23, 1963 — June 2, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne "Suzy" Barilleaux, who left this world peacefully on June 2, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on December 23, 1963, in Tucson, AZ, Suzanne lived a vibrant life filled with love, laughter, and a passion for giving back to her community.

A dedicated candy striper at Maryville Samaritan Hospital, Suzanne touched countless lives with her infectious spirit and golden personality. Her commitment did not go unnoticed, as she received numerous awards in recognition of her selfless service. She later played a significant role in establishing the Giant gas station in Sedona, AZ leaving an indelible mark in the community she cherished.

Suzanne's artistic talent shone through in her beautiful drawings, and her heart was as vast as heaven itself, filled with love for both people and animals. Even when going through dialysis, she found joy and love in all the techs and nurses who were with her on her journey, and she worked to show her love and appreciation for them each time she received treatment. Her humor and quick wit brought joy to everyone she encountered. Whether sharing a joke with the hospital staff or lighting up a room with her smile, Suzanne was an angel on earth, and now, she is an angel in heaven.

She met her loving husband, Rusty Boore, on May 26, 1996, and they married on October 23, 1999. Their enduring love was evident in every interaction, and Rusty affectionately remembers Suzanne as "my heart and love" who brought endless joy into his life. With their playful nature, their marriage was one of laughter, fun, and a deep love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Suzanne is survived by her beloved husband, Rusty, who will carry her spirit and memory with him always.

As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life well-lived. Suzy, may you rest in peace, knowing you have left a lasting impact on all around you. You will be deeply missed, but your spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts. -"Sweet Dreamies, kiss kiss peep, you're my girly girl, I love you forever".
