Sherri Ann Loring, 47, of Clarkdale, Arizona, passed away on November 17, 2021, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born on August 5, 1974, in Cottonwood, to Emory James, Sr. and Lou Ann Hood.

Sherri attended school at Clarkdale-Jerome and Mingus Union High School. She also attended Yavapai College. She was employed at Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill in Sedona.

Sherri enjoyed hanging out with her grandson Quincy Jr., coaching the Clarkdale Rams basketball and volleyball teams, and spreading the Word of God with her children, friends, and family.

Sherri is survived by her son Michael Loring, Jr of Clarkdale; daughters Heather Loring of Prescott and Ashley Loring of Clarkdale; brothers Emory James, Jr. of California, Renaldo James of Middle Verde, Ryne James/Roderick James of Middle Verde; sisters Renee James of Middle Verde and Kayla James of Middle Verde; and 1 grandchild.

Visitation will be held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 on Friday December 3, 2021, at 9:00 AM with a Service at 10 AM.
