Rubie Wager Eckerman, 88, of Cottonwood died March 19. She was born January 18, 1915 in Nogales. She was a retired clerk for a chemical company. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #2393 in California and the Order of the Eastern Star in Nogales. She leaves and son and daughter in law, Peter M. and Catherine B. Horn II; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned. Westcott Funeral Home was entrusted with these arrangements.
