Ron Ross Hayhurst

Ronald Ross Hayhurst, 59 of Cottonwood, passed away on April 5, 2016. Born in Colorado Springs, CO on September 20, 1956, Ron lived with his family in Sparta, NC for many years before moving to Arizona in 1998. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Underwood and a nephew Phillip Hayhurst of Colorado. Ron loved animals, in particular his dog Mendy, who accompanied him to work every day for 13 years. He was employed at Verde Valley School for 15 years serving in the Maintenance Dept. As a young man, Ron had a successful business restoring VW beetles.
