Peggy Olive Hamilton

Peggy Olive Hamilton (nee Carson) passed away at Cottonwood Village in Cottonwood on April 18, 2016. She was born in Coventry, England on October 11, 1918. Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Robertson Angus Hamilton (died February 14, 2005). She was the much loved mother of Robert Stewart Hamilton (Jo Ann) and Roger Carson Hamilton (Linda); loving grandmother to Robert, Kevin, Catherine and Tony and great-grandmother to Caleigh, Colton, Katherine, William and Emily. She was predeceased by brother Robert Carson (RAF). Peggy had a full and wonderful life. After emigrating to Canada from Great Britain in the early 1950\u0027s she and Angus along with their two sons settled in Brampton, Ontario. She worked in a legal office for many years until Angus\u0027 career took them to California. Peggy enjoyed many wonderful happy years in California where she became a very proficient golfer. Before finally settling into the retired life in Green Valley, Arizona, she spent a few years in Texas. Peggy will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Many thanks to the staff and caregivers at Cottonwood Village. Their kindness and caring during this time is greatly appreciated. At her request there will be no visitation or formal observance of her passing. Cremation has taken place.
