Patricia is survived by her daughter Theresa O'Brien, her granddaughter Julie Meacham, and her three great-grandchildren, Ashley (Shawn) Kuykendall, and Makenzie and Maria Meacham
Patricia is preceded in death by John O'Brien and Katie O'Brien
The Funeral Mass for Patricia O'Brien will be held on June 2, 2025, at 9am St. John Vianney In Sedona
