Mary Kathleen Champion Coffelt, aged 90, of Clarkdale, AZ, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born on March 1, 1936 in Los Angeles, CA to Mary Bertha Champion and Alvin Chester Champion. Kathy was known for her witty personality, very loving and caring, and looked at the brighter side of things, but most of all her love for her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Edwin Coffelt, her daughter Kathleen (KC) Coffelt, and her parents. She is survived by her loving children, Alan Coffelt, Georgiana Burton, and Griffin Coffelt; her cherished eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; her brother, Charles Champion; and a large circle of extended family and lifelong friends who will miss her dearly.
