Martha Roeller

Martha Roeller, 89, of Cottonwood, AZ went to join the lord on October 29, 2026. She was born on February 22, 1937 in Fairchance, Pennsylvania to Hiram Altha Grimm and Margaret Elizabeth Grimm. She was the third of seven children.

Martha was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of Phoenix Union High School, Class of '55. She worked at The Phoenix Newspaper where she met her soon to be husband Jerry Roeller. They were married on August 31, 1957 at Saint Gregory Church in Phoenix, Arizona. That is when her life began. Soon after she had her first of four children and her main occupation became managing and running her family's home. She loved cooking, baking and taking care of friends and family.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Margaret, loving husband of 62 years Gerald Roeller, sisters Margaret Posey and Loretta Grimm, son Gregory Roeller, daughter Jeannette Michael and grandson Andrew Roeller.

Martha is survived by her son Michaeal Roeller, daughter Theresa McGan; sisters Lillian Plagsma, Bertha Cummings and Bonnie Grimm; brother Hiram Grimm Jr.; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-children.

Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood, AZ (700 North Bill Gray Road 86326) on November 23, 2026 at 11:00am. Inurnment will follow at All Souls Cemetery, with reception at Immaculate Conception Hall.
