Juana Gheens

Juana J. Gheens went to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

She passed peacefully at home in Camp Verde, Arizona. Juana was born February 23, 1936 in Bogard, Missouri.

Juana is preceded in death by her husband Donald, they were married May 22, 1954 in Keytesville, Missouri, living 61 wonderful years together.

Juana is also preceded in death by her parents, Jerome H. and Juanita Crowley Statham, a brother Tommy Statham, sister-n-laws Betty Statham and Mary Elisabeth Statham, nephew Scott Statham, and son-n-law Jesse D. Littlepage.

Juana is survived by her daughter Donetta (Donna) Littlepage of Camp Verde, Arizona; brother Jay Statham of Trimble, Missouri; sister-in-law Kathy Groenenboom of Kansas City Missouri; grandson Jeremiah (Kelli) Littlepage of Camp Verde, Arizona; granddaughter Jennifer (Roger) Rodriquez of Camp Verde, Arizona; five great grandchildren, Deegan, Braydon, Makayla, Lesli, and Bailey and two great, great grandchildren Margo and Darla; countless nephews and nieces and cousins. Family was the love of her life.

After marriage, Juana worked for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City till 1970. The family moved to Richardson, Texas and then to Lake Havasu City, Arizona where she worked as a resort supervisor at the Nautical Inn. Moving to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1975 she then worked for the Marriott Corporation, Camelback Inn as a resort supervisor until retirement in 2000. She loved traveling the United States in their motorhome. Settling down, they decided to move to Camp Verde, Arizona to be closer to their family. At that time, Juana got her real estate license.

Juana was a member of Parkside Community Church in Camp Verde, Arizona.
