Joye D. Faulks, 89, of Cottonwood died December 23. She was born April 28, 1913 in Massachusetts. She was a retired secretary from civil service. She lived 22 years in Arizona, coming from Wisconsin. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Surviving are two sisters, Dorothy Casey of Washington State and Sallie Toney of Maryland; and on brother, Paul Dowty of Arkansas. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Decemeber 28 at the Cottonwood Terrace Activity Room at 11 AM.
