Jane (Janina) Sokolowski
Jane Sokolowski of Cottonwood Arizona passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday December 16, 2019 at the age 78.
She was preceded in death by her husband Myron Sokolowski of Massachusetts and survived by her daughter Maggie Lovett (husband Mike) from Cornville Arizona and daughter Ann Emerson (husband Brian) from Somers Connecticut.
Jane was born in Poland and came to this country as a young woman paving her own way by hard work and perseverance. She lived and worked in Springfield Massachusetts most of her life. Upon retiring she moved to Cottonwood Arizona.
She would do anything for her children, friends and neighbors.
She loved volunteering for the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce, taking nature walks, doing puzzles, knitting, sewing, reading, watching westerns and dancing. She was always on the go. She touched many lives and will be deeply missed.
Private family service will be held at a later date in Arizona per her request.
