Irvin \u0027Lee\u0027 Mauk, 68, of Cottonwood died September 16. He was born July 30, 1938 in Bellflower, California, the son of James Irvin Mauk and Charlotte Schoellermon Mauk. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army. Mr. Mauk worked as a pipefitter, a welder and a truck driver. His hobbies included collecting eagle statues and ties. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Margaret Mauk; a son Thomas Mauk of Olympia, Washington; three daughters, Antoinette Stavee and husband Gerald of Olympia, Washington, Deanell Gregory of China and Mala Vancil of Cottonwood; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
