Henry (Hank) Kozak, 80, of Cornville, Arizona passed away on September 16, 2026. Henry was born in the city of Trent in Italy on June 23, 1946, while his parents were living in a Polish Refugee camp in Barletta, Italy. With his parents, Henry moved to another Refugee camp in Southampton, England where his brother, George, was born. Then the family moved to Ithaca, NY in 1953.

Henry attended Immaculate Conception Church and School, Boynton Jr. High School, Ithaca High School, Broome Community College, and Rochester Institute of Technology. He worked for IBM for many years and after retiring, for a variety of electronics firms.

Henry enjoyed music and played guitar. He enjoyed performing before others and recording his music. He also enjoyed playing tennis, which he did for many years.

Henry will be remembered as a generous individual who would unselfishly give of his time and energy to help others. He is survived by his brother George (Mary Ann) Kozak of Spencer, NY, and his nephews and nieces, Genevieve Kozak, Wendy (Moses Wilks) Kozak, Scott (Katie) Kozak, Jeremiah Kozak, and Isaiah Kozak, his special friend, Christine Garst, his lifelong friend, Alex Nebelsky, and by his former spouse, Marian Kozak. He is predeceased by his parents, Bruno and Helen Kozak, his brother, Bruno, and Henry's nephew, John Kozak.

Services for Henry are being planned, and internment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Ithaca, NY at a later date
