Edna ''Edde'' Kirby

Edna \u0027\u0027Edde\u0027\u0027 Kirby, 76, of Cottonwood died April 12. She was born March 24, 1927 in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Mrs. Kirby had been a volunteer at Verde Valley Medical Center and various charitable organizations. She leaves her husband, Jim Kirby; three daughters, Lettie Holland, Sharon Phelps and Lydell Kirby, all of Las Vegas, Nevada; three sons, Dan Downs of Darrington, Washington, Steve Downs of New York, and Robert Kirby of Marissa, Illinois; and eleven grandchildren. A son, Kenny Kirby preceded her in death. A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 19 in the Cottonwood Cemetery at 2 P.M. Westcott Funeral Home is handling these arrangements.
