Doris May Gilmore

Doris May Gilmore, 79, of Cottonwood died January 7. She was born November 9, 1922 in Yonkers, New York. She was a member of St. Thomas of the Valley Episcopal Church, Elks Lodge #1361 Auxillary, Veterans of Foreign Wars #7400 Auxillary, the Grandmothers Club and Verde Village Property Owners Association. She leaves two daughters, Susan Aldstadt of California and Judith Tolson of Pennsylvania; a sister, Ruth Morrow and a brother Robert Halley; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 24 in St. Thomas of the Valley Episcopal Church at 11 AM. Westcott Funeral Home was entrusted with these arrangements.
