Dennis Dean Allen

Dennis Dean Allen, 72 of Cottonwood, passed away on February 18, 2016. He was born on May 23, 1943 in Los Angeles, CA to Freddie A. Allen and Lois Lima. Dennis attended college to become an ASE Certified Master Mechanic. Dennis was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Dennis\u0027 father died in WWII when his ship sank so Dennis and his brother were raised by their stepfather Harry and mother Lois. Dennis enjoyed hot rods, camping, fishing and anything car or outdoor related. He was a wonderful caring man and the best husband. He will be deeply missed. Dennis was preceded in death by parents Freddie Allen and Lois Lima. He is survived by his wife of 8 years KayCee Allen of Arizona; sons Carey Allen (Ann) of Idaho and Scott Allen of Nevada; stepson Tim Sievering of Nevada; daughters Kimberly Torres (Scott), Kristi Allen-Richter (Craig) and Heather Allen all of California and Ashley Allen of Nevada; brother Dale Allen (Kathy) of Florida; stepfather (who raised him) Harry Lima and 12 grandchildren. Private family services will be held.
