Dan Fahey Sr., 71, passed away on October 1, 2026, in Cottonwood, AZ, surrounded by his children. Born in Constableville, New York, on April 28, 1955, to Carlton and Zaida Fahey, Dan was a beloved father, brother, papa, and uncle.

After a 34-year career at the Northern Arizona University Paint Shop, Dan retired, giving him more time to enjoy the outdoors, his music, and the family he loved. He worked hard and played harder, finding joy in fishing, camping, playing the guitar, singing, and riding dirt bikes.

Dan is survived by his son, Daniel Fahey Jr.; daughter, Amy Dugan; brothers, Timothy Fahey, Patrick Fahey (Margie), and Brian Metz (Dinorah); sister, Mary Guth (Bill); his precious grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Dan will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. His adventurous spirit and the memories he leaves behind will always hold a special place in their hearts.
