Cynthia Ann Trembley

Cindy (Cynthia) Ann Trembley peacefully passed away at her home in Clarkdale, AZ on January 12, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. She was 69 years old.

She was a 1975 graduate of Camp Verde High School. She earned a BSW from NAU and worked for DCS for 23 years throughout the state of AZ. In 2005, she earned a MSW from ASU. Following retirement, she worked as a case manager/social worker for VVMC. She later worked for Verde Valley Medical Center, Spectrum Behavioral Health and Maggie's Place Hospice Program. Cindy served on the Yavapai County Foster Care Review Board.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Darcie Trembley (Paul Johnston), two granddaughters, Kayleigh and Elsie; siblings: Robert Ballam (Kim), Denise Kennedy (Dennis), Sandy Jenocovich, Ethel Ballam, Beth Bendall (Doug); 11 nieces/nephews; 13 great nieces/nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 7 from 11:00-2:00 pm at the American Legion Post #25 480 S Calvary Way, Cottonwood, AZ.
