Carmen Esperanza Asistin, 58, of Sedona, (Village of Oak Creek) passed away on Thursday, April 14th. She was born in Santa Maria, California on August 11, 1946. A resident of Arizona for 8 years, Ms. Asistin worked as a manicurist. She had lived previously in Hawaii where she had owned and operated beauty shops. Ms. Asistin is survived by her brother William Asistin of Santa Maria, California and many neices and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Guillermo and Carmen (Esperanza) Asistin. Memorial services will be held in Santa Maria, California, Westcott Funeral Home of Cottonwood assisted with local arrangements.
