Carlota Escobedo, 93, of Cottonwood died August 12. She was born in Culican, Mexico on August 16, 1911 She was a housewife who enjoyed sewing and reading. Her husband of 48 years, Salvador Delgado Escobedo and a daughter, Romelia White, preceded her in death. She is survived by three sons, Raul Escobedo and Daniel Escobedo from California and Sal Escobedo from Arizona; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned.
