Anthony Richard Steele

Anthony Richard Steele, 73, died Sunday, July 22, 2012 in Cottonwood, AZ. Anthony was born on December 12, 1938 in Dunkirk, NY to Anthony and Louise (Maternowski) Wysocki. He attended primary school at St. Hedwig and played basketball for Dunkirk High School before attending Florida Community College. Anthony served his country in the Army, achieving the rank of PFC E-3 and receiving a good conduct medal. He was a retired postal worker from the State of Alaska. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Audrey, and his son, Robert Anthony Steele. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Jane (Art) Palmatier and Roberta Pasquale, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 grandchild, and 4 great-grandchildren. Private family services have been held.
