Theresa Couch

Theresa Couch, 52 of Cottonwood, passed away on April 10, 2015. She was born on November 30, 1962 in Deadwood, South Dakota to Earl and Zella Couch. Theresa attended Barge Lincoln, Washington Jr. High and A.C. Davis schools. She worked for Cottonwood Village. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Zella and Earl and brothers Myron, Lewis, Ronald and Donald Couch. She is survived by brother Delbert Couch of Oregon; sisters Ellen Swier of Washington, Iona Clark of Arizona and Gwenda Paris of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
