Theodor Popov, 94, of Cottonwood died September 19. He was born May 25, 1914 in Vratza, Bulgaria. He worked in Vienna in foreign affair. He was a member of the Eastern Orthodox religon and helped build and was a founder of Bulgarian Church in Los Angeles. He enjoyed gardening and traveling. There are bo public services planned.
