Richard Patterson

Richard \u0027Pat\u0027 Patterson, age 79 of Camp Verde, Arizona passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2005. He was born September 25, 1926 in Globe, AZ where he grew up. He attended and graduated grom Globe High School, and he attended the University of Arizona. Richard was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1946 following service in World War II. In July of 1947 he married his sweetheart for life, Colleen Jones. He retired from El Paso Natural Gas Company in 1981 after 34 years, then he co-founded Accurate Corrosion Control in Phoenix, AZ. Richard is survived by his wife, Colleen, of 58 years; his children Kay (Husband Rick) and Alan (Wife Stevie); grandchildren, Kelly, Brian, Heather, Lianne and James, as well as 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Saturday, January 14, 2006 at 11:00am at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave in Cottonwood, AZ.
