Nonnie Harkey

Nonnie Harkey, 95, of Cottonwood died November 17. He was born December 18, 1908 in Dicken, Texas. He attended schools in Glendale. Mr. Harkey was a retired auto mechanic. An active member of the Masons, he also served as a Past Patron of the Amaranth Eastern Star. Mr. Harkey will be remembered for never knowing a stranger and a man devoted to his family. He leaves his wife, Alice E. Harkey; two daughters, Diane Draeger of Oklahoma and Rowena Cernusak of Ashfork; a brother, Raymond of Peoria; two sisters, Jeffie Greer of Garden Grove, California and Beth Greer of Santa Ana, California; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Masonic memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 24 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 11 AM. Donations in his memory may be made to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S.
