Joyce Bonser Waggoner, 86 of Mesa, passed away in Cottonwood on July 23, 2015. She was born on June 9, 1929 in Covington, Oklahoma. Joyce worked for the Chino Police Department in Chino, California. Joyce was preceded in death by husbands Fred Bonser and Joe Fragle. She is survived by husband Don Waggoner; daughters Annette (George) Brewer of Cottonwood, Georgia Bonser of Flagstaff and Ivy Newton (Jonnie) of Cottonwood; brothers Jim Long of Colorado and Jerry Long of California; 1 granddaughter Regina of Arizona; 1 great-grandson, 2 great-granddaughters and 2 great-great-granddaughters, all of Colorado.
