Jewell Silvers-Poindexter, 99, of Cottonwood, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007. She was born July 16, 1908 in Melbourne, AR to Thomas and Lee Wiley. Jewell is preceded in death by her husband Vic Poindexter; son, Calvin Jennings; and son-in-law, Floyd Fulks. She leaves behind her sons, Douglas Poindexter with his wife, Helen of Sun Lakes, AZ, Wayne Poindexter with his wife, Gayle of Mayer, AZ, Jess Poindexter with his wife, Cheryl of LaRussell, MO; her daughter, Jeanne Fulks of Camp Verde, AZ; as well as, 11 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, 11 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Great-Great-Grandchildren.
