Eleanor Baisden

Eleanor Baisden, 75, of Showlow, formerly of Cottonwood, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014. She was born on January 30, 1939 in Yolyn, WV to William and Mary Carver. Eleanor was a Christian woman who worked as a caregiver in Cottonwood. She was married for 43 years and raised four sons. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching the Cooking Channel, and doing crochet and embroidery. She loved her PeeWee dog. Eleanor was a wonderful mother, a loving grandmother and a special friend. She was a precious person all around. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Carver and her husband Loren. She is survived by her sons, Terry (Ann) Baisden of Showlow, William Baisden of Cottonwood, Michael Baisden of Cottonwood and Robert Baisden of Oregon; her brother, Robert (Len) Carver of Kansas; 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
